Refund policy

Order Cancelation.

We have a 3-day cancelation policy, which means you have 3 days after placing your order to request for cancelation with full refund to your original payment method. 

  
To start an order cancelation, please contact us at streamership@gmail.com. Once we review and verify the dates of contact and order to meet the eligibility, we will start the cancelation process. 

Wrong Item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) do not match the order placed. Each order goes through a process of production, quality check, packaging and drop off at the postal office personally by us to guarantee the product expectations are met. In the rare case of wrong item(s) being sent to you, please allow us to correct your order at our expense.

Refunds.

Unfortunately all orders are currently non-refundable once your order has been shipped.
