Shipping policy

What locations do you ship to?

We are currently shipping to most countries around the globe. All shipments are made from USA. International shipping will be expected to be at higher rates and longer shipping time.

 

Tracking Number.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail for each orders included with the tracking number for all updates throughout the shipping process. 

 

Lost or damaged orders.

Each order goes through a process of production, quality check, packaging and drop off at the postal office personally by us to guarantee the product expectations are met. In the rare case of any lost or damaged orders during the shipping and delivery process, please contact us as soon as possible. While we have very little to no control over the shipping and delivery process, we want to do our part in helping where we can to meet our customer satisfaction.
